As announced by the European Court of Justice, Recruitment Agencies now throughout the UK (Not just Scotland) are unable to simple apply a top up to a temp worker's rate to account for Holiday Pay. The formal provision for holiday and holiday pay should be held by the agency and released following a request and paid when the holiday is subsequently taken by the temporary worker.
