
The GEL Recruitment System encompasses the key functionality to enable consultants to carry out the traditional "Front" Office procedures for recording and fulfilling new working opportunities. Data is readily shared between user groups and the inherent system access and security priveledges ensure that consultants can focus on the system elements that are relevant to their work.
Information is readily available to the consultant with linked files appended to Client and Candidate records such as CV's, scanned images, photos and maps/directions. Configurable user-defined fields also enable the agency to configure their own fields for clients, contacts and candidates.
In addition to the standard cost centres for Branch, Industry, Division, Consultant and Consultant Group, you are free to define an additional 4 Cost Centre levels to assist with management reports and reviewing performance.

Clear and user friendly activity summaries and diary views enables users to plan their work and for colleagues to check on available times. Colour coded activities and alarms assist with presenting key activities, with the ability to readily schedule repeated events and maintain outstanding tasks.

Search tools not only allow you to match skills, roles and even travel distance to work, but at a click of the button you can scan linked CV's for text to start your search and selection process. You simply save the CV centrally, link it to a candidate record and immediately it is ready for consultants to search. In a matter of seconds GEL can search hundreds if not thousands of documents, in Word, PDF, Excel and even HTML formats. This helps consultants produce a short list to work on and progress towards putting them forward for potential.

Skills and Roles can be readily defined for the candidates and placements to ensure that consultants can modify searches to find the most appropriate candidates to be considered. Skill attributes and levels allows results to be further refined and management of their progress is easily achieved. As candidates are placed to work, weekly schedules provide a clear view of who is working where and when, giving staff easy access to manage their candidates.
