As reflected in theGEL Recruitment System, our consultancy services continue our approach to providing flexible and configurable solutions to meet your needs. When you need to take this further, we can tailor services and bespoke development work to suit your needs that ultimately provide further enhancement to our system. These services can cover the following main areas.

With all our customers, we undertake to provide the appropriate Project Management to help prepare for delivery, plan implementations, train staff and then provide direct support during the initial few days/weeks. Depending on the size of the customer and the number of staff involved, we would to co-ordinate the overall smooth running of the project together with key staff at the customer. In this way we identify any issues early, including associated hardware and network considerations, we keep staff informed of progress and we review at the end of it all how things went. We also look to carry out a 3 month review, to see if our customers have advanced their operations to take full advantage of the GEL System and are now looking to further tailor the systems to meet their new needs.

When taking on a new system, inevitable customers look to try and keep as much of their data as possible, or at least do away with the need to re-enter. GEL can provide dataload services, subject to the format and availability of the existing data. This can mean that we can automatically load your candidate and client records, go further and look to import historical transactions etc. These services are considered on a case by case basis and we would assess the level of work to be carried out subject to a review of a sample of the data.

Inevitably there are occasions where our customers want to tailor a certain report, have one designed to meet a specific requirement, or even look to consider changes to the system to the way they want to work. At GEL we will provide a realistic assessment for the work involved and give proposals to our customers for any bespoke development work. In many cases we can look to keep costs to a minimum by introducing such development work as a generic enhancement to the system overall and consequently include it in a general system release.
